1. Accepted Payment Methods

• Wallets (Mobikwik, Paytm, Freecharge, etc.)
• Cash on Delivery (COD)* — available for selected pin codes only

For International Customers:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex)
• PayPal / Stripe / International Gateway (if applicable)
• International Wire or SWIFT Transfer (for bulk or B2B orders)

2. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select products and pin codes within India.
• A nominal COD handling fee (₹60–₹80) may apply.
• Please ensure accurate address and contact number at checkout.
• Refusal to accept COD orders or repeated failed deliveries may affect future COD eligibility.

3. Payment Security

At Trendivio.co.in, your payment security is our top priority.

• All transactions are processed via SSL-secured and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• We never store your credit/debit card or UPI details on our servers.
• Payment credentials are handled directly by trusted gateway partners such as Razorpay, PayU, CCAvenue, Stripe, or similar.
• You will see “https://” and a secure lock icon in your browser during checkout, ensuring encryption of all transmitted data.

4. Order Confirmation

• Once payment is successfully made, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS with your order number, item details, and estimated delivery timeline.
• If payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually auto-reversed within 3–7 business days by your bank.
• If not refunded automatically, please contact our support team with your transaction reference ID.

5. Payment Verification

To protect against fraud, certain orders may require manual verification by our billing team before dispatch.
You may be asked to verify your identity or share payment proof (especially for high-value or international transactions).

6. Refunds & Payment Reversals

• Refunds for cancelled or returned orders are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Refund timelines:
  • UPI / Wallet / Credit & Debit Cards – within 5–7 business days
  • Net Banking – within 7–10 business days
  • COD Orders – refunded via Bank Transfer / UPI (after customer confirmation)
• Refunds may vary depending on your bank’s processing time.

7. Payment Failures or Errors

In case of any payment failure:

• Check if your internet connection or browser session timed out.
• Verify that your bank account has sufficient funds or card is active.
• Avoid using browser auto-fill during UPI/OTP steps.
  If payment was deducted but the order is not confirmed, please write to trend.ivio20@gmail.com with the transaction ID or screenshot — our finance team will verify and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

• All prices on Trendivio.co.in are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all applicable Indian taxes (GST).
• For international customers, final prices may appear in local currency at checkout, based on exchange rates provided by the payment gateway.
• Import duties or VAT (for foreign countries) are not included in the product price — these are payable by the customer at delivery, as per local laws.

9. Fraud Prevention

 Trendivio reserves the right to:

• Cancel suspicious or high-risk orders flagged by the payment gateway or bank.
• Refuse service to customers involved in payment disputes, fraudulent claims, or chargebacks.
• Seek legal action in cases of intentional payment fraud or misuse of promotional codes.
